Please return jewelry in its original condition in its PearlsLight box. For your protection, please insure the jewelry for its full purchase price and request delivery confirmation. We will not process any returns until we receive the jewelry. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, or jewelry that is damaged in transit. Returns must arrive at PearlsLight within 90 days from the date we shipped it to you.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 90 days of the shipment date. This guarantee does not apply to items that have been modified per customer request. You should be responsible for the fee ship back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable; a USD$7 shipping fee will be applied to orders originally shipped out via EMS, a USD$25 Shipping fee will be applied to orders via “Free Ups Shipping”. All returns must be accompanied by your billing name, address, order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned package, you should expect your return processed within one week. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition.
